"One of you will be responded to, so long as he is not hasty, saying: 'I supplicated, and I was not responded to."'
[At-Tirmidhi, (Hasan), Jami' At-Tirmidhi, Vol.6, Ch. the Book of Supplications, Hadeeth No.3387]
People should be patient in their du'a and not be hasty. And not complain that Allah has not answered their du'a. People should always beg from, Allah the exalted and the most High with confidence that He will hear him and grant their supplication as He is most merciful and kind to His servants.
Asking others for dua is praiseworthy, however, we shouldn't be dependent &reliant on the duas of others whilst we don't do dua for ourself.
